Chronicling the ongoing adventures of Vermin's Den residents.

Entry #12 - 10.15.5502

We still haven't found our friend 101, but we've pinned-down the date he landed in Giza as the first full moon of the seventh month, 3245 B.C.E. - fully 700 years later than we originally thought. Now if we can just track the little guy down and figure out how to bring him back...

In searching for 101 we've been able to get a glimpse of the place he landed, a amazing region in a land known as Egypt, home to an ancient but highly sophisticated culture with greatly developed arts and architecture (for its time). I've taken some screen shots and loaded them on the site - click here to check them out.

As for what else has been happening, I'm glad to report it's been pretty quiet here for the past week, and we've been able to get a lot done. The Telepods lab is finally in order (click here for a sketch of what it looks like), and Athena and I have begun working on the Etherdome. The rats, meanwhile, are focused on mapping the crypts that run beneath this sector of the city, and Mar's still busy fixing up the mess.

As for Dr. Hershel and his rotten hench-rats, while they've stayed out-of-sight for a while now, we know it's just a matter of time till they strike once again. Just the other day Sona picked up some creepy unsettling vibes from somewhere deep in the caves, where Hershel and his friends are in residence. And while she's not sure what it means she's convinced they're up to no good - that they're planning to strike in some totally new and evil way.

All we can do right now is hope that we're prepared when they do.
